Our company
Radiakias is operated by EMVADON LTD, a software company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described in our Radiakias Privacy Policy.
Companies Register: Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies · Registration number: HE 479085. Registered office: Dodekanisou 15B, 8028, Paphos, Cyprus.
Using Radiakias
These Terms govern your use of Radiakias, its website and related radio features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms to the extent a contract can lawfully be formed. If you do not agree, stop using it. A parent or guardian must be involved where you cannot enter a binding agreement yourself.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for lawful personal listening. This does not grant rights to record, redistribute, rebroadcast, commercially exploit or publicly perform a broadcaster’s content. Any such use requires the permissions or legal exceptions that apply to you.
Radio listening is currently free. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for data. Any future paid service or advertising agreement would have separate pricing and terms presented before you agree; these Terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge.
Accounts and public profile
Keep your login details secure, provide accurate information and do not impersonate anyone. Use an appropriate username and do not include another person’s private details. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use.
Recent live listening activity can be publicly accessible, including your username or guest alias, station and approximate city/country. See the Privacy Policy before creating a profile or listening. You may request account closure through Contact; there is currently no self-service deletion button.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, evade authentication or rate limits, introduce malware, manipulate listener counts, harvest personal data, submit unlawful material, infringe rights or disrupt other listeners. Do not use automated clients or bulk extraction in a way that burdens the service or bypasses its intended controls without our written permission.
Do not copy or commercially reuse our software, brand or original interface materials without permission, except where applicable law permits it. These rules do not restrict lawful accessibility tools, permitted interoperability, ordinary search-engine indexing or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Broadcasters and third parties
Broadcasters and other rights holders retain their rights in station names, logos, audio, music, programmes and artwork. A listing is a discovery link, not a representation that EMVADON owns, endorses or is affiliated with the station. Third-party websites and streams have their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not control broadcaster schedules, advertisements, editorial statements, geographic restrictions or continued availability. Metadata, lyrics and programme information may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on radio content or a timer/alarm as your sole source for emergencies or safety-critical tasks.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, replace or discontinue features or station listings for technical, legal, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted playback, permanent listings, particular catalogue coverage or recovery of local settings after browser data is cleared. We will respect any notice or remedy required by law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, security threat, unlawful use or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us, unless that would undermine security or be prohibited by law.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional guarantees about uninterrupted operation, third-party accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for failures caused solely by your device, connection or an independent broadcaster, except where the law makes us responsible.
To the extent legally permissible, we exclude liability for indirect losses and business losses such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity arising from personal use. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer remedy or data-protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Cyprus law and your mandatory rights
The laws of the Republic of Cyprus govern these Terms. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence where they apply. You retain access to the competent courts and remedies provided by applicable law; these Terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or waive those rights.
Contact us to raise a concern or a rights report. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest applies only to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We may revise these Terms for changes in the service or law; we will identify the updated date and provide additional notice where legally required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights already accrued.
